By using the service, you accept these Terms.
1. Use of the service
The service is provided for personal use.
Any attempts to hack, interfere with operation, bypass restrictions, or otherwise misuse the service are prohibited.
2. Account
An account is required to access the features.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
We may restrict access in case of violations of the Terms or suspicious activity.
3. Device‑based access limitation
Purchasing access to the app allows you to use the service on only one device.
We store the device id to prevent logins from other devices.
Unlinking a device or transferring access is not supported.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe.
We do not store your card details.
We store only the information required for payment confirmation and tax compliance (payment status, billing country, card country).
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available because access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase.
A refund is possible only if:
- access was not provided due to a technical error
- the payment was charged by mistake or duplicated

6. User content
If you upload materials (e.g., photos for processing), you confirm that you have the right to do so.
Materials are deleted immediately after processing.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, actions of third parties, or technical failures beyond our control.
8. Termination of use
You may delete your account by writing to mail@kouzlo.app.
We may restrict access in case of violations of the Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
10. Language versions
The Terms may be available in multiple languages.
In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
