This policy describes how Lev i Sova s.r.o (Smetanova 646, 276 01 Mělník 1, IČ 03999335) processes personal data of users of the Kouzlo.app website and application. Contact: mail@kouzlo.app

1. What data we process

On the website:

  • registration: name, email, password, verification code
  • login: email, password
  • feedback: name, email, message
  • payments via Stripe: payment status, billing country, card country, Stripe technical data
  • technical logs: URL, user‑agent, request time, response status (we do not store IP)
  • spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA

In the app:

  • login: email, password
  • device_id (to limit logins from different devices)
  • access to microphone and camera (for app features)
  • part of the image sent to the server for processing (deleted immediately after processing)

  • account creation and management
  • providing website and app functionality
  • processing messages
  • processing payments
  • security and abuse prevention
  • fulfilling legal obligations (payment records)

4. Data sharing with third parties

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection
  • Hosting in Germany — data storage

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

  • account — as long as it is active
  • messages — up to 12 months
  • payment data — according to legal requirements
  • technical logs — up to 30 days
  • photos for processing — deleted immediately
  • device_id — as long as it is used for login

6. User rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection.

7. Cookies

Only technical cookies and reCAPTCHA are used.
No marketing cookies are used.

8. Data transfer outside the EU

Stripe and Google may process data outside the EU. The transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

9. Language versions

The policy may be available in multiple languages.
In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
